Phase 2 - Platform Development

EDSD = platform stable · EDM = fee/burn & governance · PoV / EMT / One-Claim / Locked→Unlocked EDSD as defined

Context

  • Q1–Q3 2025: presale contracts and marketing only; no platform build

  • EDM presale operations: KYC for investors, brand/partner pipeline, case-study content

Q4 2025 — Foundation Kick-off

  • L2 testnet: OP-stack with blobs (EIP-4844), Paymaster (EDM/EDSD), bridge & explorer skeleton

  • PoV layer: Attestor Registry (roles/keys/SLAs), PoV Gate (PASS/FAIL with clear codes), One-Claim (atomic reserve→finalize), Revocation (narrow freezes)

  • Settlement path: EMT mint → Locked EDSD → Unlocked EDSD flip; Fee Router/Burner posts fee & burns exactly 50% in EDM (hash on receipt)

  • Canonicalization SDK + hashing libs: server rejects drift and returns canonical bytes

  • EDSD treasury scaffold: ~75% Locked EDSD in short-dated T-bills / 25% cash; daily PoR job (hash anchored on-chain)

Exit gate: Testnet vertical: Pre-Ship PASS → EMT → release with burn hash & proof page. Audit booking locked; audit pass #1 planned for Q1 2026.

Q1 2026 — Core Rails Alpha

  • Mainnet-alpha (L2): block ~2s, batches to L1 in minutes, forced-inclusion & permissionless exits, status page (block delay, batch lag, inbox depth)

  • Trade marketplace (alpha): B1 RFQ & Bids → B2 Award → B3 Fund the Order (prefund first milestone + fee; must-fund before shipping) → B4 Proof→EMT→Release (default 20/60/20), receipts with burn hashes

  • Tokens marketplace (alpha): PoV-minted Energy/Carbon; list/buy/retire; 4% fee & 50% EDM burn at settlement/retirement

  • EDSD PoR (daily): public summary + reserve ladder

  • ETT (proof-only) & CLE (reward) contracts: ready where required

Exit gate: Pre-prod orders (3–5) end-to-end; 100% burn coverage, EMT→release p95 ≤ 15s, PoR daily 100%.

Q2 2026 — Pilot-Ready & Compliance

  • Exceptions/Disputes (B5): Dispute Pack, variance math (short-shipment/damage/shelf-life), re-inspection flow; Revocation SLA enforced (freeze narrowly; resume on corrective EMT/mirror)

  • Compliance stack live: KYC/KYB/AML, sanctions, wallet allowlisting; attestor SLA dashboards

  • Partners: Attestor MoUs (SGS/Intertek/BV), one carrier, one warehouse; lane checklists signed

Exit gate: Pilot-ready: documentation, SDKs, sandbox; 5–10 dry-run orders; ops drills (forced-inclusion, failover).

Q3 2026 — Production Pilot

  • Live orders: 10–20 live orders (Trade) + token retirements (e.g., 500 t) with receipts and burn hashes on every event

  • Device-bound evidence: Merkle temp roots + inclusion proofs; EXIF checks on seal photos

  • Governance Phase 1 (ParameterDAO): EDM-holder votes on bounded params (review window 0–4h, top-up deadlines, payout bands, tolerance tables) and treasury-half splits; 72h timelock; public diffs

Exit gate: KPIs green: disputes ≤ 3 / 100 gates; false-blocks ≤ 1%; duplicate block rate > 99.9%; daily PoR 100%; EMT→release p50 ≤ 5s / p95 ≤ 15s.

Q4 2026 — Optimize & Expand

  • Performance tuning: explorer & proof pages production-grade; ledgers CSV/PDF; ERP/TMS/WMS webhooks stable

  • Schema upgrades: new examples/test vectors + deprecations (forward-only)

  • Registry Mirror: add a second carbon/energy program; First-Seen rules enforced

  • Governance Phase 2 (ProgramDAO): scope (attestor allowlists, fallback quorums, registry/bridge keys) while constitutional rules remain fixed

Exit gate: Capacity 100–300 orders/month; burn/fee ledger audited; attestor SLA leaderboard public.

Deliverables by end of Phase 2

  • Optimistic L2: blobs, forced-inclusion, permissionless exits; explorer + status pages

  • PoV layer enforcing admissibility: Attestor Registry, PoV Gate, One-Claim (atomic), Revocation (narrow)

  • Marketplaces: Trade B1–B4 (+ B5), must-fund before shipping, Locked→Unlocked EDSD only on proof; Tokens list/buy/retire with 4% fee; 50% burn at settlement/retirement

  • EDSD reserves: daily Proof-of-Reserves (≈75% T-bills / ≈25% cash)

  • Tokenization framework: Energy/Carbon tokens; ETT (proof-only); CLE (reward)

  • Governance: active on parameters & treasury-half; burns immutable and out of scope
