Q4 2025: Pilot Testing
Launch the IoT integration pilot, enabling energy tracking and tokenization for selected participants.
Analyze real-time data from IoT devices to refine tracking accuracy and compliance processes.
Implement feedback from early users to enhance marketplace usability and efficiency.
Q1 2026: Supplier Integration
Expand the pilot to integrate an additional 10,000 households and 4 photovoltaic parks, ensuring scalability and smooth functionality.
Analyze IoT data to improve tokenization workflows and compliance tracking.
Continue gathering user feedback to optimize platform features.
Q2 2026: Hardware Deployment & Testing
Complete the pilot phase by integrating 5,000 more households and 3 additional photovoltaic parks, reaching a total of 20,000 households and 10 parks.
Conduct end-to-end testing of tokenization, certificate issuance, and trading workflows.
Prepare for the full-scale platform launch, finalizing regulatory compliance and addressing any remaining technical gaps.
